This Privacy Policy explains how Avenue Salon Beauty & Spa ("we," "us," "Avenue Salon") handles information collected through our website and our AI assistants. We use two AI assistants to help you book appointments and answer questions:
- Aria — our AI phone and text (SMS) assistant that answers calls and messages.
- Website Chat — the on-site Q&A assistant that answers questions in your browser.
By using these assistants, you agree to the practices described here.

- Contact details you provide — name, phone number, and appointment preferences.
- Call and message content — recordings, transcripts, and SMS exchanges with Aria.
- Chat content — messages you type into the website assistant.
- Booking details — services requested, dates, and times.
- Basic technical data — device and usage information collected automatically by the website.

04AI Processing & Service Providers
Our assistants are powered by trusted third-party services that process information on our behalf. These may include providers for AI language processing, telephony and SMS, online booking, data storage, and analytics. We share only what is needed for them to perform their function, and we do not sell your personal information.
05Text Messaging (SMS) Program
Avenue Salon operates an SMS program to help you book and manage appointments. The messages you may receive include:
- Appointment confirmations and booking details.
- Reminders and reschedule or cancellation notices.
- Two-way conversational assistance from Aria to book or change appointments.
- Booking links to complete or manage a reservation.
- Occasional promotional offers and salon updates.
How you opt in. You provide consent to receive text messages in one of two ways: (1) by checking the SMS consent box on our online booking or contact form, or (2) by giving verbal consent during a phone call with our staff or with Aria, which we log. Providing consent is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services.
Message frequency & rates. Message frequency varies based on your appointments and activity. Message and data rates may apply.
How to opt out. You can cancel at any time by replying STOP (or STOPALL, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, or QUIT) to any message. After you opt out, we will send one confirmation and will not send further messages unless you opt back in by replying START.

Your privacy. No mobile information or SMS opt-in consent will be sold, rented, or shared with any third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. We share mobile information only with the service providers that operate our messaging program on our behalf (such as our telephony/SMS provider and our online booking provider, Vagaro), solely to deliver the service.
Calls. Calls handled by Aria may be recorded and transcribed for booking and quality purposes.

We keep information only as long as needed for the purposes above or as required by law, then delete or de-identify it.

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your information, and you may opt out of marketing messages. To make a request, contact us using the details below.
08Children's Privacy
Our services are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
